TOMATO CHUTNEY MIX – AUTHENTIC ANDHRA SPICE MIX
Spicy Tomato Seasoning Mix  - Net weight 50gms / 1.76 Oz

It’s pure and spicy – Made with spices
No colors - No artificial flavours - No preservatives

How to Prepare Tomato Chutney:
Chop 750gms (1.65 lbs) medium-sized ripe tomatoes and set aside
Heat 60 ml (2 fl oz) oil in a shallow pan (do not overheat oil)
Pour warmed oil into a heat-safe bowl. To this oil, add one pouch
Tomato Chutney Mix powder and mix thoroughly
Now heat 30 ml (1 fl oz) oil in the pan and add chopped tomatoes
Cook tomatoes until water evaporates and tomatoes are cooked
like a puree. Set aside to cool
Mix cooked tomatoes thoroughly with the oil + chutney powder combined previously

Storing the Chutney :
If you do not plan to consume all of the chutney immediately,
transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.




GONGURA CHUTNEY MIX – AUTHENTIC ANDHRA SPICE MIX
Spicy Gongura (Sorrel leaves) Seasoning Mix - Net weight 50gms / 1.76 Oz

How to Prepare Gongura Chutney:
Take two large bunches of Gongura leaves, approx. 500 g (1.1 lbs)
Nip (pick) leaves from stem and wash thoroughly. Approx. weight of leaves should be 250 g (0.5 lbs)
Drain water completely and spread the leaves on a paper or dry cloth for an hour or two to dry
(It is important that the leaves be free from water to prevent them from becoming sticky when cooked)
Heat 60 ml (2 fl oz) oil in a shallow pan (do not overheat oil)
Pour warmed oil into a heat-safe bowl. To this oil, add one pouch Gongura Chutney Mix powder and mix thoroughly
Now heat 30 ml (1 fl oz) oil in the pan and add gongura leaves to the hot oil
Cook gongura leaves till they are soft by mixing periodically
Once the leaves are cooked, set aside to cool
Mix cooked gongura thoroughly with the oil + chutney powder combined previously

Storing the Chutney:

If you do not plan to consume all of the chutney immediately, transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks
